PLA

Polylactic Acid

PLA is made from organic material and is the most commonly used filament for FDM printers. Given its lower melting point, the material is easy to use and doesn't require a heated build chamber. It has excellent platform and layer adhesion, and very low emissions making it safe for use anywhere in the home.

PETG

Polyethylene Terephthalate

PETG is one of our favorite filaments for day-to-day use. It sticks well to almost any print surface, features great strength and flexibility, and is much more stable at higher temperatures compared to PLA. PETG is odorless and, though a bit more flexible than PLA, is better suited for industrial applications and doesn't fatigue as easily.

ABS

Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene

ABS is an oil-based plastic. It is highly resistant to impact, cracking, and layer separation- making it generally best-in-class in terms of durability. Though ABS is not as easy to print with as PLA or PETG, ABS is a professional-grade material suitable for a wide range of applications.
